  Won't let you see other doctors there when an emergency visit is needed. They say doctors dont like to share patients so I would have to wait 3 months before I can get in!

  They tell you to be there early, you show up early. And then you wait for an hour to be seen. I let the front desk know that I was not close to home , on my lunch break and really couldn't be waiting for over an hour to be seen. I'm sitting here seriously aggravated. They took another patient before me because she let them know she was on her lunch.

  Overall I was very pleased with the service I received when getting my endoscopy and colonoscopy done at this facility. Dr. Hinds was very nice and professional as well as the anesthesiologist and nurses who helped me. Nancy at the front desk is very loud, unprofessional, and annoying. Shelia was very nice as she was attending to me after the procedure but she had a cold (kept sniffling) and probably shouldn't have been working on patients that day.

  Horrible experience from the start. Dr Chatalbash was dismissive of my gastro problems saying I most likely had a heart issue despite my Primary and the ER doctor saying it was a gastro issue (I told him this) Went to my heart doctor and I had absolutely no heart problem. Scheduled an endoscopy. I fasted for the appropriate time. The anesthesiologist tried to put a lead in my arm 4 times. Aggressive and incompetent. Took another person a single time. Did my endoscopy and was told I had food in my stomach despite fasting for 10 hours. They told me it’s somewhat common since I’m on a GLP-1 (why not mention that earlier?) scheduled another appointment for a few days later and went on a liquid diet to prep. Was randomly told I’m “high risk” by the anesthesiologist the day before my second endoscopy because of my weight despite the fact that I’m 15lbs lighter than when I originally scheduled the appointment. I’m told I have to go to the hospital to do my appointment. Doubtful this is true or I would have been told this after my first appointment. Terrible experience from the start. Don’t waste your time.
