  My wife's brother is in the Southside Hospital. I contacted Angela in the Service Excellence department with a complaint on the treatment of him and to get him into a room. She was very understanding with his medical situation as to the importance of getting him into a room. I really appreciated her concerns and willingness to assist in these problems. She did put me at ease and made me feel that she would follow through. She should be commended on her professionalism and compassion. Angela is an asset to your organization. On that note there is a nurse on the 5th floor, where my brother admitted, her name is Joanne. In this day and time when nurses seem to be insensitive to patients it is refreshing to meet someone who does care. She has gone out of her way to make my brother feel at ease and comfortable. I wish all nurses were like Joanne. I really to appreciate her caring attitude. Joanne was so kind to my brother Robert Long. Sincerely Cecilia Lewis (Long)
