  This place is a complete joke. I’ve been attempting to get a prescription filled for days and finally thought the details were ironed out. I was told it had to be ordered and it would be ready by 3pm the following day, because I’ve been there wasting my time day after day, I started to make calls instead to save myself the time, gas and misery. I call today and it’s just about 3:30 mins you and I am told it would have to be ordered (like I was told yesterday) but it’s first come first serve so I have to wait AGAIN! If this was a one time thing I would not be making this post as I am NOT the type to make reviews, good or bad, but this has been going on for about a week. Then the rude representative that finally took my call told me I could go somewhere else if I wasn’t satisfied. After being a customer for a decent amount of time, that’s the appreciation I get for patronizing their establishment. Be warned

  The best pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, hard working, and very communicative. They answer the phones promptly, and make sure all of my questions are answered before they let me go. Would recommend.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would!! My wife uses this pharmacy, and every time I attempt to pick up a prescription for her... it is not ready. There is absolutely no urgency here. My wife had surgery this morning, her nerve block is currently wearing off, and the prescriptions that were called in early this morning still are not ready. I just informed my wife that she will be moving all of her regular prescriptions to another pharmacy, and that due to the complete incompetence of this pharmacy, we will no longer shop at this Hannaford.
