  I have an appointment and I’ve been sitting in the lobby for twenty minutes because their kiosk isn’t working. There’s 4 staff members talking about their day, weekend plans, laughing and carrying on in a room you can see from the waiting room. They will not answer any sort of knocking.

  Went here to get blood drawn. Big parking lot with plenty of parking. Inside is clean. It is a shared building with a few offices but I only went to Quest. Check-in was easy, although there was no human receptionist the kiosk was very easy to use and took little time to get checked in. I was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled time and the phlebotomist was exceptional. He was so nice and got me in and out.

  I'm not sure the gentalmens name for my appt on 2/23/26 but he was very friendly & quick but efficient.

  It sucked! Dropped my woman off for a 10:45 appointment and it's after noon now and she still hasn't been seem . Someone needs to be fired ! I. Ant believe the disregard for their clients.... just an update on my woman ... now 2 hours for lab work and she still hasn't been seen . And we pay for this disservice!!??
