Locker room is clean, just DON'T GO THROUGH THE SECRET PASSAGE it will only lead to pain. Staff are cool.

The staff is so helpful and friendly, the equipment is maintained, there is a variety of exercise machines, cable weights Smith machines free weights and a variety of cardio machines. There’s plenty of space so I never feel crowded inside while exercising even if it’s during the gyms most popular times. It’s so clean in every area and the locker area is always clean. I recommend the Black Card because of the added benefits and the price is affordable for any budget. I am in my 60’s and I have met other seniors who feel very comfortable here no matter what level of fitness they’re on. People that use this gym are friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of parking and the area is very safe . I go later at night so I was happy to see a well lit parking area with no worries while walking to my car. I recommend this gym highly!
