I just visited this location for my private bachelorette party, and the owner, Sarah, instructed our class — she was absolutely amazing! She greeted me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, didn’t rush us to get started, helped hang my banner, and truly made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Most of the girls in our group were beginners, and she was so patient, thorough, and encouraging, which made the whole experience so much fun. When the class ended, she even offered to take group photos and never rushed us out as we continued taking pictures. Her kindness, professionalism, and overall approach actually made all of us want to sign up for a Club Pilates membership! Thank you, Sarah — you were fantastic!

Two stars are for the great instructors and the wonderful front desk staff. However, Club Pilates as a whole seems to be a scam. They accept new members who pay for memberships without adding anymore classes or instructors to accommodate the amount of people. In turn, they have everyone paying the high prices while everyone fights to get into their classes. They make much more profit from having no available classes while still collecting everyone’s monthly payments. They are making most of their money knowing that they cannot even provide the service due to the small space and minimal classes. Most members lay on the waitlist of 10+ to then lose the credits you are paying. Then you realize, you have been paying for your credits while barely taking any of their classes. The policy is set for money to be collected, without taking the classes (the service we are paying for, and that they should be providing). Have a cap on the members, instead of screwing over the people paying while their money rolls in.

Monica was a great instructor. I was the only new member in the class and she made sure I was comfortable and understood all exercises. I loved every minute. The staff that helps at the front desk are also very supportive and friendly.

I was initially very hesitant to join Club Pilates, being that the schedule would always show waitlists, and I honestly thought I'd be waiting a month just to begin. The team explained that people cancel pretty frequently, that spots open up, and they were absolutely right. With just a little attention to the app, I have been able to get into classes consistently and now attend 5–6 days a week. All of the instructors I've taken are great, clear cues, smart progressions, and options for every level. That said, Monica really stands apart. Her classes are never cookie-cutter; the sequences change, the focus shifts (strength, mobility, core control, and always a little balance), and I walk out having learned something new every time. She's laser-sharp on form and alignment, gives real-time corrections without breaking the flow, and coaches proper breathing so the work feels safer and more effective. I also love how she layers in regressions and progressions so that every person—new or seasoned—feels appropriately challenged. If you're on the fence because of the waitlists, my experience has been that spots open often and it's very doable to train here regularly. And if your schedule allows, don't miss Monica's class.

I joined Club Pilates when the Somers location opened and have had such a great experience. The teachers are very knowledgeable and I've really enjoyed getting to know their individual styles. I love my Tuesday mornings with Liz which have become a staple of my week, and something I look forward to. There is always something new to learn or a new skill to try, which keeps the classes fun and motivating!
