  NP Elzbieta and Dr Carpentier guided me from preconception care to placing me in the best hands for endometriosis surgery with Dr Sticco, and now throughout pregnancy as we are expecting our first baby boy! I am forever grateful for their exceptional care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.

  I spoke with the receptionist Rebeca from Giana Center over the phone. She had previously given me the Catholic Health phone number. I called back about ten minutes later to confirm something, and when she answered, she did not identify herself. When I asked if it was Rebeca, she didn’t confirm and simply replied, “How can I help?” in a curt tone. I found her response unprofessional and rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. I hope the clinic provides additional training for its front desk staff so that patients feel treated with kindness and respect.

  The entire staff here at the Gianna Center especially Dr. Carpentier and Erika have been nothing but amazing. From the day I came in March 2024 until now they helped me get through a tough time and helped me where I am now to conceive a baby naturally. They have been very attentive and thorough throughout the whole process and all their support and guidance and became educated on the whole process. I am very thankful Dr. C. I highly recommend them to families or women who are going through anything they will help you. Thank you, guys, for everything.

  Dr.Carpentier. He is truly the most empathetic and compassionate doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about patients and he always takes his time to listen to everything that I have to said. I have never felt rushed and if I need anything all I need to do is call the office or message him. All the staff are very helpful and empathetic, I have never seen and office that all the staff are so helpful, friendly and compassionate.highly highly recommend this Doctor and office.❤️
