  The front desk girl was rude and service was very poor and slow. Quest should send their compliance team to evaluate the location.

  My doctor sends an e-referal to Quest's office in Babylon. I go on their app and make an appointment , and on the appointment day I get there a few minutes early to log in that I've arrived. Sit down and 5 minutes later they call me. The phlebotomist is kind and knowledgeable. The place is clean too. I would recommend to my friends.

  I made my appointment and provided insurance information online. When I arrived, all I had to do was click on a link to confirm my arrival. I was called within 3 minutes and was out in probably 10 minutes. I've never had such a short wait!

  The black lady staff with dreads/locs that are brown and also wears glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional not sure how she still has her job talking to patients with that tone

  Although they say they take walk ins they ignore walk ins. I took a client there because there is where they go. They ignored us and made us wait for 3hrs. The staff was incredibly rude. They said if you don't have an appointment you wait. 3hrs ridiculous. I would give less than 1 star. Stop advertising you accept walkins
