  Joshua Rosenthal. I don’t recommend this provider. Don’t waste your insurance or money going to see him. My experience was very disappointing his attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a patient. There are better providers out there who will actually listen and treat you with professionalism.

  The doctors are great at this location, however, if you need to contact the office - it is pathetic. I've been trying to call for 2 days and the phone continually rings no matter what option I select, trying to send a message from the portal is not much better. Today I have to personally go to the office to get some papers signed because there seems to be no other way to get in touch. Horrible for a medical office to not answer phones - may be time to look for a private provider.

  I went to see Dr Rosenthal yesterday he wasn't very informative. I was trying to tell him what I was experiencing with my hearing and dizziness and he just kept on insisting for me to get a hearing test I felt he was just brushing me off not addressing the problem never asked me if I was getting dizzy or any of the symptoms except hearing loss definitely will not be going back to him.

  Dr decarolis is a fantastic Dr. Never waited more then 10 min been going for 6 years. Always as good.

  Horrible customer services. I will never go back. I rather go to see my doctor at Park Slope, Brooklyn. I live in Suffolk area.
