  Pretty good place they give you a lot of deals and the deals can be extremely good like 4 candies for five bucks and 2 20 oz sodas for 4.50 ect

  I don't leave bad reviews, but my last experience with this Kinny's was so bad I can't just keep quiet. I reached out to the pharmacy fora refill on a perception, only to be told I wasn't due for one for another 2 months, eventhough they only gave me a one month supply. The girl on the phone said she would investigate, and calls me back later saying she has security footage of ME taking all 3 bottles. So tell me how, when I go in the next day and request to see said footage, it suddenly 180s, and it's my fiancee picking up the meds? They refused to show the footage, but showed me a document with his signature and my prescription name like that was suppose to erase my memory of me picking up and paying for my own medication. Another pharmacist budded in on my conversation with the supervisor claiming she recognised my fiancee, and interrupted me to say she knew it was him, when this is literally his pharmacy too, and he has perceptions he picks up for himself. They fought with us for around 30ish minutes until finally folding and contacting my insurance after hanging up on them TWICE. I wasn't attempting to be rude to them or make a scene, I literally just wanted my meds, but the hostility I recieved from the staff there was unreal. Instead of taking accountability and remaining proffessional about the situation, they chose to gaslight me and treat me like a drug trafficker. If you have any life altering or important medications, please do not use this pharmacy. If any issues arise with your perceptions they will not work with you, and will treat you like the problem.

  Customer service is not what it used to be. Pharmacy is slow and the employees are not as friendly as they were in the past. Check out in the front of the store is pointless I might as well check myself out. All the cashier does is scan my items and I pay and bag my own items. No offer to help and I take my time because I only have total use of one hand. Cashiers only a few months ago would bag my purchase without hesitation. The new ones just stand and watch me bag my things while the line is waiting behind me.
