The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and incompetent.
I came in for a gestational diabetes blood test at 26 weeks pregnant, accompanied by my 6-year-old child. Before arriving, I called the main office to inform them that I would be there in 10 minutes. They confirmed that I would still be able to complete the test, so I came.
Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately refused to perform the test, stating that she had not spoken with me. She claimed that if I had actually called, the call would have come directly to her. I redialed the same number I had previously spoken to, and the office again confirmed that they had spoken with me and had approved my arrival.
While she was delaying and refusing service, the main office called her and informed her that I was indeed allowed to complete the test before closing.
Despite this, the receptionist continued to behave aggressively. She threw the bottle containing the test solution toward me and shouted in front of other patients, ordering me to drink it within five minutes.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially toward a pregnant woman. As a result, I experienced significant stress and broke down in tears. I did not come from nearby; I made a special trip for this important medical test for the health of my baby.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken.
