  Had an issue with them not sending a refill approval for my prescription for 2 weeks. Called them to sort it out but was on hold for 2-1/2 hours. Nobody answered. I've been number one on the queue for 2 hours. This place sucks. Charge you for things that did not happen, never answer the phone and never follow up with prescriptions refills.

  This office is wildly incompetent. I showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment I waited weeks to get, and they told me I “wasn’t in the system.” After a bunch of back-and-forth, they admitted the receptionist made the appointment using only my birthdate and accidentally pulled up someone else’s chart — how does that even happen in a medical office? From there it was pure chaos and stalling: long waits, vague “not much longer” updates, and zero accountability. Only when I asked to reschedule did they suddenly claim the doctor could see me — then they stuck me in an exam room and left me sitting again. After more than an hour past my appointment time, I walked out without ever seeing the doctor. If I showed up an hour late, I’m sure they’d call it a no-show and charge me. Don’t waste your time here. Steer clear.

  I see Dr Lam as my primary care physician, and have seen other members of the staff there and some of the people in other specialties. This is a well-run, courteous and professional practice.

  Unprofessional staff / nurse - hard time to refill my prescription - Not only they did not respond 3 times to the CVS pharmacy for the prescription refill but also I had to call two times Nov 17 and Nov 19 to talk to the staff - they provided the excuse that there was a change in their system - I do not want to hear excuses - I expect results - probably the team that did the system migration is also incompetent - This is not my concern
