The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and make every class both challenging and enjoyable. Front desk stuff is amazing. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and energized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting workout experience!

It is a very welcoming atmosphere and the instructors give clear guidance and adjustments during class. I always leave feeling stronger and more centered. If you are unsure, their free 30 minute intro is a great way to learn the equipment!

Each instructor brings a unique perspective to their class..The atmosphere is amazing, from the receptionist to the clientele. . Absolutely no regrets joining club pilates Astoria.

I'm delighted; I come almost daily and highly recommend it, especially if you're in that stage of life between 55 and 70 and looking to exercise to maintain your health. Eleni is one of my favorite instructor she is really good. There are always very friendly people at reception; my favorite is Valery.
