alani is rude, someone who is a bully who talks behind peoples back, big headed for no reason, super unprofessional for a medical practice.
The blonde woman that does the check in have a nasty attitude for no reason, treats people badly when they ask for directions or questions, honestly she should be fired asap.

They’ve taken care of my son since he was a baby and always provided reliable, trusted service. We particularly appreciate how they always seem to be able to get him in for an appt. when he is sick last minute.
Our primary doctor has changed a few times over the years, but the nursing staff and front desk remains familiar, and I actually like the fact that I can take my son to see any of their doctors on staff.
Now I’m just waiting for them to open at 9 AM, so I can make an appointment and hopefully get this kid to stop coughing!

I have been going to this place since i was a child myself in the other location and now both my boys were baby’s (8y now and almost 4y )and I’ve never had any problems until this year. Usually the staff is very nice, not usually a very long wait time either.
Today I had to go to the doctor because my youngest (3y) is not getting any better and I wanted to get some medicine to help him get better.
First off when we got there, they yelled at me and my son to get out of the waiting room because apparently it’s for kids who are not sick and newborns. Excuse me? I have never heard this in my entire life since when do you go to a doctors office and not be allowed to sit in the waiting room because you are sick!? There wasn’t even any other people there ! It was empty.
My youngest has been sick for a long while now and yet they don’t want to give me any medication to make him feel better. At the end of the appointment I had asked the doctor if my son who I brought in with me (3y)was able to go back to preschool and they told me “yes as long as he doesn’t have a fever he’s fine to go in”, so I went to go and get a doctors note, and the nurse behind the counter straight up, told me “no he cannot have a doctors note and I am not allowed to stand in the waiting room” . I asked why he can’t have a doctors note and she didn’t have an answer for me. The woman ended up having to call the doctor to make sure they can give me a doctors note for his school. Weird….
The second thing that bothered me is that the doctors recently have been talking to me like I’m a child who doesn’t know what’s going on(30y).
The third thing is i feel like they don’t care about my sick kid(s)anymore. Every time i take my kids there they treat us strange, like telling us we can’t sit in the office and we have to wait in the hall to be called. Why are you saying you’re a pediatric doctor’s office if you are not helping any sick children get any better ????
Honestly, I am quite unhappy with how patients and parents are being treated at this place… It was never like this they were always very nice people who want to help your child, but the last year has been a bunch of horrible experiences every single time I go.I will be changing my kids doctors soon because I don’t want to be spoken down to and told that they can’t do anything for my sick kid.
