From day one, her phone interaction was extremely pleasant, and meeting her in person was just as wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. When I had to push back my cupcake order because my son got sick and couldn’t celebrate, Tasha was completely understanding and allowed me to reschedule my pickup for a later date without any complaints. She was always warm, welcoming, and accommodating, which meant so much during a stressful time. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Tasha!
