  Stephanie is amazing, she answered all my questions as I have never had a urine test for work before. I was very happy with her, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. You have a wonderful employee, hang on to her.

  My technician Nikki was wonderful and professional despite this location being short-staffed. I will happily get my blood drawn from her again!

  Ignored when I was the only one in the waiting room and I knew the other two women phlebotomists were clear for new patients. They just refused to come out. The one male phlebotomist came in to work last and he was more efficient taking more people than the two females who were already there were. But I knew that they were there because I'd been sitting at least an hour but even though my name was only one left on the screen they decided to ignore me and I waited 15 minutes before other people started coming in. So they blew 15 minutes for the only reason that I was early for my appointment. I left and went to Sheridan / Millersport was taken with 10 minutes! This used to be my go to place but that was before the one efficient on the ball wonderful phlebotomist retired! I won't be going any longer. Which I'm sure makes those two women phlebotomists happy. Ugh

  Nasser was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic and highly professional. He also was the one who did a blood draw for my stepson who used to be extremely afraid of needles but because of him that is no longer the case. It was an outstanding experience and he was terrific! I can't say enough about our visit.
