  I use a walker and it's difiicult to open the doors and push the walker through with one hand. If I use my wheelchair, it's impossible.

  I was there ( behind door) at 6:25 and the phlebotomist was in the hallway talking to colleague and not paying attention to open the door on time. I stayed in the cold weather for couple more minutes for her to finished her conversation then came and opened the door.
