My young son had two separate orders. One from a specialist and one from his primary. Rather than taking 1 set of vails and sharing the information with both physicians, which is what we were told would happen, they treated it like a double order and took double the amount, using 8 vails. My son almost passed out after. Total incompetence!
As everyone else said. 2 hour wait. Tje kiosk says 30-60 minutes. I watched the waiting room empty twice. They were servicing between 5-7 people at a time. I was sitting there at 11:46 no one was even checked in for 11:40 yet. Still nothing. Asked the phlebotomist who was getting a patient before I had to leave to make another appointment if "2 hours" is normal. She dismissively said "yes", no guarantee, make and appointment, "you'll know better from now on". And "we dont see the standby list" what?!?
Stop taking walk-ins then if you all cant handle it. Your job is to make as much money for Quest as possible.
Bad customer service. Horrible conduct. Wish I knew her name. The 2 hours of being ignored (as the only person on the waitlist for those entire 2 hours by the way) never ever ever go to this location without an appointment and honestly when you do go there make sure you tell them to stop being lazy.

Disgusting service to say the least.
They told my wife that she had to wait so she can drop off a lab sample that was ready and labeled for drop off, they said it is because she does not have an appointment. Okay but after waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes they still refuse to accept the sample which does not take more that few seconds to process, and they said that they were too busy, so my wife had to leave after wasting over 2 hours without exaggeration. Both female staff my wife interacted with refused to accept the sample, one was so rude and disrespectful, the other was kind of apologetic but also refused to accept the sample multiple times. To drop off a sample for the lab that is ready to go and labeled does not require any effort on their part except to accept it. 2 hours and 15 minutes is a long time to waste on a garbage business and garbage staff like that. We will never go there again.
I should have checked the other reviews before coming to this location. Made an appointment and still had to wait 40+ mins. The worst part is this youngish, blond tech obviously picked my name which leads to my name disappear from the top of the list, then waited like 20 mins to call my name, others who were behind me on the list were being called in by other techs. So why pick my name if you are not ready to call me in soon? When she did finally come out for me, she was chewing, I figured she was taking a break. Which is fine, but why not leave me alone on the list so other employees can call me in sooner?
