  I am rating this a provisional 1 at this time. I have left two voicemail to have a question answered. No bother with a callback. I would prefer not to drive 30 min and waste gas when I just want to know if a knee replacement in 2020 would eliminate me as a donor. Looked on the website, put on the FB page sent a message on FB messenger, on the app found no answer. How do you expect to run a business if you NEVER answer a phone??

  They are the worst, lady mess my veins for life still hurts, and she said you ask for it. Crazy lady needs to be fired still working there. Don't go there please.....

  I do like this place. Been coming for only 8 months. They have more staff now but I called for three days and no answer. So I left a message 2 different times. Name, number and why you're calling. So I had to drive half hour here just for questions about me for anti-d. Theres Alot of people here working. I got here and phone is always ringing but no one at desk answer. I don't even think they can hear ringer because it rings fairly quiet

  This place is ridiculous. Nobody wants to work. All employees hide in the back room leaving one guy to handle front desk, vitals and whatever else may happen in the front. Then when someone does show up they look at you like you are an inconvenience.

  This site has been closed for three days. Went there Saturday and closed early at 10:30 am. Wasn’t open Monday or Tuesday. Some people take buses and haven’t been able to give plasma. There is no notification that center is closed. I feel sorry for people who need this as income and who travel to get here. Obviously, have issues with employees. It’s sad as a nice place. Better than Octapharma. Hope they get it together.
