  My first visit was great . Jake was great I really felt a difference afterward the lady at the front desk was very welcoming I instantly booked another session . My 2nd session was different. The lady at the front desk this time wasn’t welcoming at all . I stated I forgot my gripped socks soon as I took my shoes off , the front desk lady said well we can’t see you . I said well I purchased socks my 1st visit but I came from work and I forgot them . She said oh well we can’t see you ..I said no problem. She didn’t offer to reschedule or say anything, she looked at me as if I as crazy , Jake looked confused. I realized I hadn’t tipped him my first visit so I said here Jake this is for you I tipped him $20 even though I wasn’t seen .. even though my session was pre paid for .. I walked out without the front desk staff asking me to schedule a new appointment or anything. When I got in my car I felt like they didn’t want me there from the beginning. I instantly call my friends that recommended to the stretch lab and told them about my experience and they were upset and stated they were not going to try it out any more . Before my app I got several emails etc . Since that day I never received anything. I find that funny . Their loss !!

  The staff feels like family. They’re welcoming, accommodating, supportive, and find a plan that fits your needs. I’m a 1 year + member, and they’ve made a difference in my lifestyle, through the stretch plan they designed for me.

  I love Stretch Lab so much! My weekly stretches have helped me to relieve stress and tension brought on by grad school! The friendly atmosphere and flexologists that work at the Northtowns location are just amazing. They care treat each client as an individual and will work with you to create a personalized plan! I cannot recommend StretchLab enough! Just try it!

  I had my very first session with Nick today & I must say it was absolutely phenomenal! Nick was very pleasant, kind and informative. During my session he placed much focus on my areas of concern & I immediately noticed a difference afterwards. He made me feel comfortable & explained where I can improve with sessions in the future. I also thoroughly enjoyed our philosophical conversation during ☺️ Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to returning soon!
