  After sitting in the establishment for 45 minutes and watching the video expecting to donate a bald man came from the back and told me that I wouldn't be able to donate today because they were making appointments. I went to their website trying to do the same thing and was unable before I showed up. I should have been informed upon walking in that I wouldn't be able to donate today and don't understand why the people in the front of the building weren't aware of the scheduling

  Went there for years, but they started have a higher turnover of staff and I was getting misstuck and reinserted on several occasions. One of the staff members actually blamed me saying that I must be eating too much fried foods! In addition to this, all the points I accumulated online for doing the surveys were not getting recognized and then they all just disappeared. Numerous calls go unreturned and after all that I’m done there after five years. Find another location like I did Update: the response from whoever reads the reviews on KED’s behalf says to reach out to them yet that’s exactly what I was trying to do for the past several weeks with zero response back. Save your fake concern and try harder to retain your staff
