  The service here is truly remarkable! On Friday night, I broke my glasses while playing soccer and was in urgent need of getting my frames replaced. I made a call to Frank the following Saturday afternoon and he personally came down to the store to set me up with a new pair of frames. I appreciate how Frank took time out of his weekend to come in and help me out. He truly cares and goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy and helped out as quickly as possible. 5 stars from me!

  The best eye care is found at Eye to Eye Optical in Amherst, NY. The owner is Frank Senia. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. When my glasses arrived, I could not see clearly. Frank immediately realized my prescription was incorrect. I was overpowered in my right eye and he had me return to my eye doctor for a new prescription. When my new glasses arrived, I was amazed at how clear I could see. Frank also recommended a new shade for my sunglasses, which was perfect. I have a new friend and optician with Frank Senia who I highly recommend without hesitation! Thanks, Frank!

  100/10! I would recommend this place to anyone with glasses or optical needs. Frank was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Helping me with the exact reason I came in for and every other question I could come up with. In an age where good customer service is in such short supply, Frank reminded me what’s its like to be treated as a valued customer.
