- DDDaniel DeFilipps1 day ago5.0LensCrafters is the only place I go to to get my eyeglasses. The girl who took care of me today was very knowledgeable, attentive, and had great taste and helping me choose a new set of frames. The doctor they are conducting the examination is also top-notch.

The optometrist Richard Simpson was incredibly rude and made several inappropriate remarks about my name, including openly saying to me that he and the other staff were laughing about my name before I arrived. As soon as I arrived in the doctor’s office, he said that my name meant “spotless spot”, then saying that he’s received other patients who’s names made him think, word for word, “what were their parents thinking?”. I was and am still shocked by the unprofessional and bigoted behavior of this doctor. This whole experience left me deeply uncomfortable and saddened.
