- EMEllen MecklerJan 28, 20261.0I have been using Home Instead for years and have been satisfied until today. I recently scheduled a ride to my doctors office. It is below zero. I received a call soon after telling me they no longer provide transportation so they canceled my ride. It's below zero. I'm a senior with serious heath issues. This is inexcusable!!! I will never call them again!!!

I help seniors find senior housing, but often they are in immediate need. In that case, I am happy to know that I have a home care agency I can refer to that provides excellent service. Many times, families who call me, already are using Home Instead services and tell me how happy they are with the care they are receiving. I feel confident that the caregivers they employ are well vetted and well trained. I also know that they will work very hard to meet the immediate needs of the families that call me.
