  One of your employees, who is responsible for providing information or answering calls, is very rude and does not perform his duties properly. I called you yesterday to make appointment, she said “please hold” I was waiting for 20 minutes after that she cut the call. Then I called back so again she said”please hold”and after 20 minutes cut the call.then after tree times she didn’t pick up my calls. i was in a lot of pain from my teeth. So I respectfully request you to train this employee and give him a little training on how to treat someone.thank you

  Been going here for 15 years. Dr. E and the entire staff is so sweet. Especially Dr. E, she is so nurturing and kind. She always explains every procedure. Throughout the entire procedure she's asking you if you're okay. She reminds me of my mother. I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you so much.. very blessed to have her as my dentist 😊 🙏

  I visited the office earlier today - waste of time. One of my front teeth was chipped and repaired with a composite filling years ago by my dentist in NYC. Dr. Elkordy refused to provide this service to me stating it was "a waste of her time and my time". Maybe if she probed for information and learned it has lasted years she would have had a different answer but she failed to do so. The previous night it ended up breaking but its to be expected its a filling on my front teeth. She also said she "didn't want to have her name on it". She came to a conclusion of all these things, all in the span of 5 minutes without having my past medical history or records. While I understand that what I wanted done may not have been medically necessary, having my front teeth not be chipped definitely impacts my quality of life. When the doctors tools break does she attempt to repair them? Or say to hell with it? Nothing in life is permanent to a certain degree and while the solution of a composite filling is not permanent and will likely break with time again, it is what is doable for me right now. In the future I will consider other options such as veneers. Mind you, I am a medical professional myself, it seems all she was doing from the hour I spent there was dental cleanings and referrals for extractions. Additionally, every single patient that was there in the hour I spent was a new one, and maybe that's for a reason. I ended up going back to my dentist in NYC, who repaired my tooth for me the very same day but I did not want to drive to NYC from Albany. Thank you, Dr. Elkordy I will not return to you're office once again.

  By far the best dentist I ever visited. I was treated with utmost respect and dignity by the doctor and the staff. I have been to the clinic three times, and the treatment was excellent. I did not feel any pain during or after the treatment, nor I had to explain things; the doctor figured it out on her own. Very bright and sharp doctor. Everyone is very organized, super professional and the clinic feels like home.
