- ACA.M. C.3 days ago2.0Though office staff is friendly, the office is impossible to reach via phone call. I had an eye exam about 1.5 yrs ago, to schedule which, I had to leave a message and wait for a return call. Since that appointment, I have called the office multiple times & left multiple messages (in attempt to obtain the written results of my eye exam). I have tried calling the office on different days. I have not received a return phone call. Additionally, I noticed that Dr. Ehlson's hands smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as did the equipment I had to rest my face on during my exam. I got the impression from the website, office social media & photos posted by the practice, as well as from the lack of response after my visit, that the practice's focus seems to be on aesthetics. Though some people may have had positive experiences at this practice, mine was sub par. I will not return there for future eye exams or ophthalmology services.
