- TTTheMrNickP4 days ago1.0Was there for over 4 hours and ended up leaving without even a script. my exam was messed up, the telemedicine doctor lied about why the results were wonky instead of investigating properly. Drove over an hour and a half and wasted the entire day and now I need to wait almost a month for a new script. The staff at the location were very sweet and helpful and this was not their fault in any way shape or form. The staff there to be honest are the only thing holding the place up and frankly deserve better resources so they can do their job effectively. Overall a very frustrating experience and not one I’d recommend to anyone else especially if they live any distance away.

He made interpretations of my first and last name as ‘spotless spot’ as it would translate in Latin. Made derogatory comments about their competitors in market and how a patient in the past was not thankful for him ‘saving’ their life! Never been so distressed after an eye exam in my life. Such a weird person! I don’t think I will go back again to that optometrist.

I still am unsure if I have any issues with my eyes. There were no optometrists available to fit glasses—I guess they all called in sick—so I was unable to purchase new glasses.
