They did the eye exam with a telehealth doctor who was unable to control the lens machine remotely and was having issues hearing my responses. We only tested one eye, ran into technical difficulties testing the other, so the doctor told me the other eye would be the same and they would just write my prescription. The telehealth doctor was also coughing the whole time and seemed distracted and frustrated with the tech. Between the delays in communication and tech not working, I'm not sure I got an accurate eye test- but I definitely got charged for one. I can't fault any of the staff, they are doing the best they can and are as friendly and accommodating as they can be, but it was kind of a horror show of the future of medicine. I'll be looking elsewhere for future eye exams.
