I clearly stated that I need dilation for my diabetes check. After my eyes were checked, the doctor packed up my paperwork and was ready to send me packing. I spoke up and told him I needed to be dilated and have the diabetes eye test. He appeared unhappy that he had more work to do. My feeling was that he was being lazy at my expense.
