  This gym has somehow become my favorite place to be. Juneil at the front desk is always so friendly and makes walking in my favorite part of the day, and Connor keeps everything running smoothly while also somehow making me laugh even when I don’t want to be here. <3 :)

  I started Training with Akina in January and the difference she’s made has been incredible! I’ve dealt with chronic back pain for the past three years and since working with her that pain had significantly improved. She’s helped build a strength in my core and I feel better today than I have in a really long time. She also helped me fully recover from a shoulder issue that I had been bothering me. I now have zero pain there which honestly surprises me!! Akina is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients progress. I would highly recommend her to anyone whether you’re dealing with an injury or just want to get stronger and feel better.

  I really enjoy going to Best Fitness. I especially love the BFitt60 classes with Akina at 5:15 am. Akina brings such great energy, makes sure our form is on point, and the music is always great! I would really like to see a 6:30 am class on the schedule. Going to central Ave is not convenient for where I live AND I really enjoy Akina as an instructor. One other thing I have to mention- you cannot beat the price! I leave every class so happy that I got out of bed and got a great workout in.

  I used to be a member of this gym from 2014-2018 and came back recently with a free pass to see if anything changed and unfortunately it is still the same as it was I couldn't care less when my parents were paying for it but for my own money then and now it's a ripoff in comparison to the other options in the area and something about the vibe here makes me feel like they are desperate for customers but this was and still is one of the most predatory gym franchises I've been to their "options" are not really any different the only difference actually is tanning beds and 4 subpar classes I recommend shopping around

  This Best Fitness in Albany has been my life saver when I got into town. It has all the standard equipment to meet the needs of an amateur bodybuilder. Ladies, the lockers are huge and have spacious shower stalls. Conner, and staff were friendly, professional and respectful. The other gym goers don’t bug ya during workout either. IFYYK
