Dr Moshman (and his dental assistant Liz!) did my root canal and I can honestly say this was one of the best dental appointments I have ever had. They were super professional, the process was quick even though I had a more complex tooth and after only two days the soreness from the procedure was completely gone. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They told me I was doing well and complimented each others work as they were going which only left me feeling encouraged.
Thank you!
I had a root canal done at a different office and the post and crown fractured. I would really like to see a specialist. My general dentist told me that she does not believe the tooth can be saved and recommended that I get an implant. However, before making that decision, I would like a specialist to evaluate the tooth.
I called to schedule an appointment, but when I spoke with Tori, the new receptionist, she (receptionist) told me that after reading the referral she did not think there was anything they could do for me. She said I could still come in if I wanted to, but that there would likely be nothing they could do.
I explained that I had a CT scan done today and that I would like the doctor to review it. Tori, who is not a radiologist, said the quality would be lower than what they do in their office and told me that I could not have a consultation without doing a CT scan there. I would absolutely be willing to repeat the CT scan at their office if the doctor felt it was necessary, but I was simply hoping to have the specialist review my situation first. If after reviewing my case the doctor did not feel comfortable trying to save the tooth, I do not understand why I would need additional radiation and spend $450 on another test.
My issue is that the post and crown from my root canal fractured, and I am looking for a specialist evaluation to see if the tooth can be repaired. However, Tori repeatedly told me that if I did not need a root canal I should not come to the office. I was only looking for a diagnosis from a specialist, but she told me I did not need one after reading the referral and speaking with my general dentist, who is not an endodontist.
I have to say I felt very disappointed by this interaction.
This review is only about the receptionist. Dr. Aibel helped my husband with a very similar situation about 10 years ago, when my husband had also been told his tooth could not be saved. Unfortunately, this experience with the receptionist discouraged me from seeking care at this practice.

I am claustrophobic and get anxiety from going to the dentist. I knew I would have the dental dam on my mouth and that petrified me. Dr Moshman and Nadia were AMAZING to say the least. They reassured me many times I will be able to breath thru nose and sides of mouth. They also tell you to relax your open mouth several times during the procedure, which helps a lot. I never felt claustrophobic or any gag reflex! Dr Moshman is so professional and he has a sense of humor to relax you. Nadia, I can’t say enough about you! You are kind, professional and you were my cheerleader the whole way thru. Please please do not hesitate if you need a root canal to go to this practice. And, I have very little after pain that can’t be managed with Tylenol. Thank you 🙏 to this practice ❤️

5 Stars! I highly recommend Aibel Endodontics. Dr. Aibel was fantastic, along with his staff. His receptionist, Tori, was fantastic. She was able to get me in for an emergency appt. and make the entire process so easy. Dr. Aibel's assistant, Jessica was so sweet and for a dental procedure everyone made this as pleasant as humanely possible!
The moment you arrive Pori and Nicolette greeted you with professionalism and insure your experience will be handled correctly. The Dentist Dr Moshmon and his assistant Nadia insured that you were comfortable the whole procedure. They informed you on every step they were performing. This was my first root canal.
