  I scheduled an appointment on line ,prior to arrival. There were no other patients waiting to be seen, so wait time was instant. The space is pleasant. The Nurse Practioner, Heather, was a good listener and we actually had a nice conversation about another matter. Treatment for my symptoms was pretty straightforward , but did the trick. I have been to this AFC on several occasions and have been pleased with the experience. I recommend it as an urgent care facility.

  So grateful for this practice. Amazing care and when I went back in with follow up concerns I was met with such kindness and left feeling SO much more relief and that was just from talking to Kim (who was the sweetest)... She offered me her honest opinion and eased my mind at 38 weeks pregnant without even making me book an appointment (which realistically wasn't necessary but I was anxious and needed reassurance.) this is the type of care that patients look for and medical professionals should strive for

  While the staffs professionalism was good, especially on the blood draw, I was denied antibiotics for tick borne illness and told I was tested for every vector born illness. I was told the test would take 2-3 days, it took 10. In that time I was forced to go to the ER to acquire antibiotics. Glad I did because it turned out I have a rare tick borne illness. One that is known for the tick I found and informed them of. Yet I was not tested for, despite being told I was tested for "every" vector borne illness. Really disappointed in the direct ammount of misinformation I was given regarding my own health and such a serious issue. Its a good thing I was persistent because it could have been very bad if I had left it untreated as this clinic recommended. It already is bad and the delays in seeking help definitely didn't improve anything.
