  Treated VERY rudely and observed the same person being rude and condescending to 2 ladies, whom their first language was not English. She would not give her name and her ID badge was turned towards herself so no one could read it.

  It was fine in the past. But today 2/2/23 could not contact a human being by phone to ask a simple question. All you get are recorded AI robots. This trend in today's business makes me nuts with fury.

  The crew on the weekend are so rude. They delieted me with the guy who's name was close to mine then they lost my paperwork that was sent over. They wont help you if they are waiting for the appointments to arrive they stand there and talk. I will be taking my business else where

  Walked in no greeting just a glance. 1 hour later still nothing and the person who came in 30 min after me they called ahead of me, walked out.
