  Staff very unprofessional. They will argue with the customer if you question them. And the female pharmacist will throw your prescription and walk away in a huff, like a child not getting their way. Will never do business with the pharmacy again. I know one person won't break them but i will not be treated like an idiot when it comes to mine and my husband's medicines. These aren't new meds for us and I know how they should be filled.

  I transferred my son's prescription to this pharmacy from a major one because they had it in stock when everyone else was out. That was last month. I set it up through my Fresh Rewards account so I could monitor it as it can only be prescribed once in a 30 day period. Today, Saturday 14 December, is the specific date for his medication. When I checked the app yesterday, the app told me I could schedule pickup of this prescription *today* at 2 pm, the worst time to find parking or go into the store. After struggling to find parking and waiting behind a pissed off customer, I am told by the pharmacy that this prescription is only available for pickup Mon-Fri. No explanation given except "that's just our policy" and then confusion about the app allowing me to schedule for pickup today. So now my 9 y.o. child is going to be without medication for 2 days because of their policy. Guess I might as well switch it back to the pharmacy that doesn't require an afternoon appointment to pick up *and* is available on Saturdays! Do better, Smith's
