    The Center is good. The local customer service which has to go through a national screening appointment desk is terrible. I called at 9 a.m. The natl’ desk called the local office. No answer. I asked to leave a message. Natl’ desk called back and got local message service. I left a message. Three hrs later I had not heard back. Went through the process again. This time natl’ desk told me the office was closed today despite the fact the website said open until four. Natl’ could not get to the message service at the office. I I was trying to get info to order a hearing aid for my 93 year-old aunt. She’s very hard of hearing. It shouldn’t be this hard to get this done. The Miracle Ear customer service model is in serious disrepair.
