  Everybody's starting with reception all the way on back wonderful wonderful people know their jobs and care about their patients the doctor was awesome would highly recommend this place from start to end

  Very disappointed with our experience. I brought my 7-year-old son in for a consultation after a dentist referral, and the way staff spoke to him was inappropriate. The first thing the assistant said to my son was, “wow you’re really short.” HES 7. And then the orthodontist comes in and takes a look and proceeds to ask him, “don’t you think you’re too young for braces?” Directing a confusing and dismissive question at a child instead of the parent. We were simply following a professional referral, and I expected a higher level of respect and professionalism, especially toward a young patient. Unfortunately, the experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

  I only waited a few minutes to get taken back to the room for my extras. They provided a very detailed description of the work that they suggested I have done. All the staff and the dentist were super friendly and provided me with a price breakdown of the up coming appointments the suggested for me. I was very satisfied with the entire visit.

  The young lady assistant who was "taking care" of me had no idea what she was doing she took me in the back to get a panoramic xray of my mouth I stood there for almost an hour while she frantically tried getting the machine to work and when another woman asked if she needed help she said no that we just started after I was Standing there watching her for way too long I finally asked to go get some help. After that I was back in the exam room and she was putting those uncomfortable pieces in my mouth telling me to bite down while I had two absesses anyways the Dr came in to exam and then she put the protective ex ray glasses on my eyes and I didnt realize at the time I have no idea why she decided to put them on me after the pics but now my eyes are sore and im pretty sure she should be fired shes been there for two months and she doesnt seem to be a good fit
