- DDDelilah Renee DixonApr 6, 20261.0Extremely unprofessional. Came by and was told my prescription would be ready by noon. Went back at 5pm just for them to say they won’t give it to me without asking my doctor more questions. The doctor already gave instructions and told me to start this today in the evening at the latest. I now can’t start it and they never called to let me know. They also said they would call the doctor but didn’t bother trying until after the doctor open hours!

I probably would have been very concerned about the pain I was experiencing due to that particular shot had she not warned me I could end up in significant discomfort. I'm not looking forward to the 2nd shot but it will be worth it if it helps circumvent getting shingles. I've seen the incredible amount of pain and damage.it.does to people.
