Very slow! Unfriendly! I got there at 7:30 just before 2 quest personal showed up to open the door, with one man in front of me. The kiosk kept going off and saying it was out of battery and wouldn't let the man check in so
at 7:55 a lady finally came out and checked the two of us in. With 2 of us sitting in the office for 25 minutes, and 2 technicians, when I told her I was a walk in, she told me it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait at least! Walk ins are really not welcome there!! I left went to the vista office and got right in!!! Never going back to Mill street quest!!!!
Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone, website doesn't work to make an appointment, then when you go to walk in since you can't schedule an appointment, you're stuck waiting way longer past the estimated wait time while everyone gets to go ahead. Make your appointment making accessible!!! So frustrating.

I was first in line on your check-in board. Because I was not sitting in a chair, (but instead standing next to one), I was chastised and commanded to take a seat (even thou I explained my back was sore and preferred to stand) and the unnamed female took the person second in line. I took a seat in spite of my discomfort. When Suzanne came out, the first thing out of her mouth was a challenging question/comment about "my attitude" To her credit when I explained to her face to face, she apologized and commented on the importance of social distancing (which I had been doing) as more important than whether or not I was seated. I heard neither person in this office "initially" greet anyone or introduce themselves. Finally, Suzanne introduced herself just before the needle stick. I had a similar experience last time at this same office with different staff, same theme ... lacking basic manners and office decorum. Apparently, more interested in "Health Environment Policing" and not "Health Service and Health Care." Unfortunately, this is the only Lab my insurance covers.

Horrible customer service. Front desk attendants are extremely rude and lie about available to avoid seeing patients. Have set in the lobby for hours at a time only to be told to come home and come back another day. They say walk ins are welcome, then refuse to see you. When you ask to make an appointment, they direct you to an extremely flawed automated phone system. All of the above could be managed, if the 60 year old front desk attendant/ nurse wasn’t so incredibly rude, dismissive, and uncaring. Go anywhere else if available.
