The atmosphere was calming and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I was helped by Jeri who did a stellar job of helping me find frames I love and measuring accurately. These progressives feel great and the adjustment was minimal. Always a great experience when I’m in there. They really take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need for your vision. Thank you!

I needed new glasses and sunglasses due to a prescription change with my vision. I was helped by Jerilyn Fink. She was very helpful and provided me with all my options whether to get new lenses or new frames and lenses. As it turned out new glasses and lenses was less expensive. She provided me with both scenarios and she helped pick new frames. I would highly recommed Jerilyn to anyone looking to purchase new glasses.

Following our Exam, we interacted with the staff at the Hayden Mall LensCrafters to pick out our prescription eyewear. They were All very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most impressive was our interaction with the Store manager, Erica Barney. On our two occasions on visiting this locations, Erica was one of the most pleasant and professional and impressive store representatives we have had the pleasure of helping us through our eyewear selection process. It was quite evident that she had personally trained her staff as again, they too were all outstanding. Thank You!

The sweet Optician Jerilynn was so kind and patient with me helping me pick out my first pair of glasses and going through all the prices of what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. Did not rush me at all. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you so much!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
