- CSClarissa SitkoFeb 24, 20265.0I love this studio and highly recommend it. All the staff who work here are so nice. The instructors are very respectful of each student's space, making sure to ask if anyone wants to skip essential oils or any hands-on corrections. The studio is very nice and clean. The little shop at the studio has a lot of great options. I love that they have some extra last-minute items in the bathrooms, like tampons if you need. They also have a lot of class types to fit what you crave. The only issue I have is that I wish they had more classes throughout the week, so there were a bit more options for people to get a class type they want that fits in their schedule. The classes they currently have do work for me, but they may not work for everyone. They do have a nice reward system if you have a membership. While the workshops are not included in memberships, some of them are well worth the extra money.
- LLLilyAug 26, 20241.0This is NOT a review for the instructors/classes which have been absolutely amazing these past few months. Trying to cancel a membership at this studio is impossible. I have reached out to the Reno manager 5 times by email as instructed by the studio to discuss my membership cacellation with no response. I cannot get a hold of anyone by email or phone to help. Just be warned that once you join, it is insanely difficult to leave.
