Worst dental office ever! They accept your insurance, but don’t tell you they’re not partnered for billing. They over charge you even after their estimates have been paid and surprise you with a phone call acting like you’re purposely being delinquent on an outstanding bill they’ve never even sent you. Nor do they send you monthly statements. They’re random and magically have finance charges added to them. My favorite was the phone call I got telling me to send my payments to a different address, yet I sent them to the address on the mailing I got (one of the few I received). I have all of the notices they’ve sent. So ladies in the dental office, don’t bother trying to reply and say otherwise. I won’t be paying your finance charges. I’ve made payments I can afford. Send me to collections on your finance charge: I really don’t care! We won’t be back! Absolute worst dental office in Reno!

It seems like the staff only hears what they want to hear especially with scheduling. Recommend having everything documented with email instead of over the phone or in person.

I'm having a hard time leaving a bad review but it is due to a billing problem. All the Doctors and the hygienists in that office have done amazing care on my daughter. My daughter has been a patient there since she was 1 years old in 2008 all the way up until 3 years ago in 2018, she is now 13.She decided that she didn't want to see a little kid dentist anymore. My problem is with the billing. I haven't heard anything from them for 3 years.My phone number has never changed my address hasn't changed up until the past 3 months because I recently moved. I get a voice message saying that they have some mail that was sent back to them and to Please call us back so we can update the address on file. Which I thought was totally fine at 1st.Then I called them today and I found out I have a $160 balance. Well I was shocked because I thought this balance was already taken care of because when I made the last appointment for my daughter in 2018 I told them I didn't have my old insurance anymore, that I got new insurance through my job and the lady over the phone took my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance said everything should be ok, "We will see your daughter on her next appointment in August". Meanwhile this was in May of 2018 that I made the appointment for August of 2018. Now its August of 2018 for her final appointment with this Dentist office.The lady told me that my insurance looks good and we are good to go. Now 3 years later I get a phone call today about my address and a balance on the account. The office staff transferred me to an office manager and I asked them why I wasnt reached over the past 3 years? I have received nothing from them not one damn thing from this office. Not a phone call, Not a email. They have my email address. Nothing has changed over the past 3 years except that I moved 3 months ago. Now they're reaching out to me and wanting they're money which I don't have a problem paying it. I was very upset when I talked to the office manager. I just simply asked why wasnt I notified 3 years ago, why did you guys wait so long up until 2 days ago. She had no answer for me. She said she wasn't sure why but that the balance needed to be paid. I found out that the office didn't put in my right informationt and billed my old insurance. I am just very upset and disappointed in this office staff for not reaching out to me sooner.

Somehow I always get overcharged when having a procedure done on my daughter. Come to find out, for the same procedure that I had at my doctors office, they were charging more for and thats when I realized something funny was going on. My last appointment with them, I was told I had over $100 in credit (due to them over charging me every time I took my daughter there). So my daughter goes in for a cavity filling and what do you know they said I owe nothing. A month later I get a bill in the mail. Upon inquiring on this bill, sure enough they said the insurance did not pay a portion and that's what's left over. A filing is less than $100 at any dental office i go to with my insurance. So somehow this filling was over $100 plus I had to pay $53???????? I always walk out of there owing more for this or that. Now that I changed doctors I have not had one incident of being over charged for simple procedures. I told the lady this is why you lost my daughter as a patient and we will never go back there again. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens too. CHECK EVERY BILL with these people.
