- MBMelody BernardAug 9, 20211.0Worst pharmacy experience EVER. I went here due to convenience. My husband had insurance on file from one previous Rx. They didn't verify with me the insurance info when. I dropped off. I go to pick up and they tell me that the insurance won't pay due to "another primary insurance" - that we didn't have. Told me it would be $140. I go home and call to see if the first pharmacist I talked to maybe made an error. I was told the same thing. I call our insurance, THE NEXT DAY, and they told me they were running it wrong. I call get it fixed. My husband then goes through the drive through, after having called to verify that the DRIVE THROUGH was open, and was told yes. He gets there and finds the curtains closed. He waited thinking maybe it was closed to keep the sun out. Finally, the actual PHARMACIST opens them and rudely told my husband it was closed and he'd have to go inside. He explained what he could to her before she RUDELY closed them on him mid conversation. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
