    Got a vaccine here one time. Yeah, it was pretty epic. The pharmacist looked like he was into metal or something, but no tattoos, just professional and friendly glasses. He was tall too. I was a bit scared to get my vaccine (needles are the worst!). But, the homie calmed me down and let me know it was going to be "chill". Yeah, it was chill. Thank you mystery pharmacist.

    Worst pharmacy experience EVER. I went here due to convenience. My husband had insurance on file from one previous Rx. They didn't verify with me the insurance info when. I dropped off. I go to pick up and they tell me that the insurance won't pay due to "another primary insurance" - that we didn't have. Told me it would be $140. I go home and call to see if the first pharmacist I talked to maybe made an error. I was told the same thing. I call our insurance, THE NEXT DAY, and they told me they were running it wrong. I call get it fixed. My husband then goes through the drive through, after having called to verify that the DRIVE THROUGH was open, and was told yes. He gets there and finds the curtains closed. He waited thinking maybe it was closed to keep the sun out. Finally, the actual PHARMACIST opens them and rudely told my husband it was closed and he'd have to go inside. He explained what he could to her before she RUDELY closed them on him mid conversation. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

    2 nights in a row they closed before 9pm. Monday night the lady told she had closed the register so I can't get my High Blood Pressure medication. Tuesday the following night I showed up at 8:33pm and they closed early again. This time they left a note that they closed early due to unforseen event or situation. This is TERRIBLE

    I love Smiths BUT I went to the pharmacy at 4pm & they were closed. Supposed to close at 5 . It is a drive from Cold Springs
