They always seem so short staffed/super busy, but if you wait a minute, they will help you and answer all your questions/needs. Smith's/Kroger needs to help them out staffing wise because they always seem to be working at 110%.

The kindest and gentlest people and they have the best policy for helping self-pay patients with the excellent discounts. Their humanitarianism and professionalism is next level.
