  I have been seeing Dr. Rich for over 20 years when I was in the Hospital he treated me so well asked me how I’m doing and if I’m Okay he is very caring. There’s no longer a Westhills Hospital. But I still see him he has helped me go off meds that made me to hyper he makes sure I always have my medications he does listen he tries to help I have accute Panic Attacks . They get real bad at times and he tries hard to do a medication adjustments , and he is very understanding I give him 5 stars . Sometimes the visits are short but that’s all the time he needs , I believe a longer a appt can be arranged I do highly recommend this Doctor he knows what he’s doing

  Not sure why all the negative reviews. Dr. Rich is really great. Been seeing him for about a month. And all the staff I have run into have been kind. Nice spot. Only warning - office could be a little warm at times so keep this in mind if you run warm.

  Ive actually read some bad reviews, I guess everyone has bad days whether it be the professionals or the patients. I can say this, I've never felt more comfortable talking to a doctor. True I've never seen this type of doctor before, im grateful I do now. There's such a comfort knowing there's someone you can tell all the things racing through your mind to. Good, bad and the ugly, they listen. I feel better when I leave, you can't argue with that. Ive seen reviews calling they're office "creepy", weird cuz I see amazing nearly century old wood staircase, solid wood double doors, beautiful 6" crown molding and baseboards. Beautiful wood reception desk with an extremely personable not to mention efficient gal named Nicole that welcomes you with a smile, Total professionals. If you find that creepy then yeah this place is scary, full of antiques, and everything well cared for, polished. I guess it's all in your perception. I appreciate such an environment myself. Great Dr's if you need someone to talk to that won't keep interrupting you like your friends do, lol!

  Could not get past the nasty receptionist. She was absolutely rude and repellent. Actually a little bit hostile. Unprovoked nasty attitude. I'll pass.

  I have had COPD: DEGEN CHRONIC BRONCHITIS/ASTHMA FOR OVER 14 YRS! I KNEW I'D NEED SOME VERY SPECIAL DR TO HELP ME AS DISEASE GETS WORSE. DR PHILIP RICH IS EXACTLY ALL I NEEDED THESE YEARS AS BREATHING BECAME MORE & MORE DIFFICULT! THANK YOU, YOUR ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF!!
