- CLCamara LaceyAug 5, 20255.0I have been seeing Dr. Rich for over 20 years when I was in the Hospital he treated me so well asked me how I’m doing and if I’m Okay he is very caring. There’s no longer a Westhills Hospital. But I still see him he has helped me go off meds that made me to hyper he makes sure I always have my medications he does listen he tries to help I have accute Panic Attacks . They get real bad at times and he tries hard to do a medication adjustments , and he is very understanding I give him 5 stars . Sometimes the visits are short but that’s all the time he needs , I believe a longer a appt can be arranged I do highly recommend this Doctor he knows what he’s doing

When I call d back, they asked me who it was that called and I told them I didn't know since there was no voice mail. She then stayed that there are four people working up front, and an "o'well" attitude. Definitely won't be going here. They can't even remember who they called. Ridiculous

DR PHILIP RICH IS EXACTLY ALL I NEEDED THESE YEARS AS BREATHING BECAME MORE & MORE DIFFICULT! THANK YOU, YOUR ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF!!
