    I've been doing Pure Barre since 2016. It’s a great option if you're looking for a low-impact workout that still delivers results. I have noticed a real improvement in my muscle tone and core strength. The instructors are amazing and always there to help with modifications when needed. It's a great workout for any fitness level. Pure Barre So Meadows is the best. The owner and instructors are awesome, they always greet you by name and a friendly smile.
