  Appointment was easy to schedule online. Dr. was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me. Staff was friendly too.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this optical shop. They advertise on their signs that they accept almost all insurance plans, which is why I scheduled my appointment several days in advance. However, when I arrived for my appointment, they told me their system was down and they couldn’t verify my insurance. What frustrated me the most is that they had several days before my appointment to check my insurance, but they didn’t do it ahead of time. I even tried to be flexible and told them I could come back later the same day so I wouldn’t lose my appointment. Instead of trying to help, the employee was very rude and dismissive. He told me the system would be down all day, leaving me without my appointment and without any solution. Overall, it was very poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.

  Such a knowledgeable bunch! The doc was amazing! He provided great comfort and took his time in the process of checking my eyes. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He also helped reassure my son (who was with me) that he didn’t need glasses, just lubrication (eyedrops) and gave him some samples to try. So good to us. I was there years ago, looking for glasses. I had all the tests done and was in and out super quick with in the end, with the wrong prescription glasses. That doc is no longer there as LensCrafters and there is no comparison now. The staff for the frames was knowledgeable and helpful in not breaking my bank while getting me to come out of my comfort zone. I mean this is my new face we were dressing up. I love my glasses, they are perfect and so extremely helpful in my day to day. In short, (too late!) my eyes are very important to me and I won’t go anywhere else. Hope this helped!

  Optometrist dr Bejar, was great! So sweet. He makes you feel comfortable and heard. He was quick without feeling rushed! Office is clean and everyone is so nice
