  90 year old had a hearing test at this location. He was told the exam showed no wax build up that would impact the hearing test. They begin a hard sale of $5,000+ hearing aid. He left without buying. Had a hearing test scheduled for Costco, they examined his ears and immediately told him an accurate hearing test could NOT be achieved due to extensive wax. They show him pictures/video of old black wax build up and how they can’t even see his ear drum. They told him to schedule an appointment with his doctor to get his ears cleaned out and come back and have a test at a later date. Their highest end hearing aid, which he was told is the same as the miracle ear hearing aids was $1600. Buyer beware big time! Disgusting when businesses take advantage of Seniors!

  About 3 years ago James sold me some used hearing aids they only came with a one warranty he never told me if they go out I well have to pay to get them fixed well he tells me today it well cost me 475 to get one hearing aid fixed or buy new ones for 5000 I told him I don't have that kind of money and he said well you better start saving I well never go see him again cause of his insults
