I came to see them for a chronic TMJ dysfunction and compared to when I walked into their office I am almost pain free. I would highly recommend them especially since they take a conservative approach to treatment and going to exhaust all the pf the non-surgical options to achieve a pain-free state.

From the very beginning, Dr. Jillian was so kind, calming, and reassuring. She took the time to truly listen, answer every single question, and explain things in a way that made me feel safe and cared for — never rushed, never dismissed. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and I’m now on day 3 of recovery with maybe a 0.5 out of 10 pain level. I honestly can’t believe how easy this experience has been. Truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend Great Basin Oral. So grateful for the incredible team, their professionalism, and the genuine heart behind this practice.
