I was expecting to have money taken out of my bank account at or around the fifth of the month. It's the 26th and I unexpectedly had money taken out of my account and it put my bank account in the negative. I called the customer service number they gave to me and I got nowhere with them. Having money taken out of my account without warning is completely and totally unacceptable. The customer service rep did not cooperate with me at all and I was given no warning about this by the employee at the store. This is totally ridiculous.
