The other was helpful and knowledgeable as I was searching for specific items and evaluating options. The moment we hit the register, he switched gears into sham-wow pyramid scheme aggro-sales guy, doing everything he could to upsell me. He tried to upsell me three different times. I got annoyed because I was in a hurry and told him I was done being upsold and did not want to sign up for Pro. The guy standing over his shoulder at the register held his sniggers until I'd paid and turned around, but I heard them laughing at me before I'd gotten to the door. I'm just going to buy stuff online. I don't have to waste my time going shopping in person only to be treated like a commission.

Luckily i had noticed on my email that a subscription had started and got it canceled but still was charged for a month. Scary to think this could happen to people who don’t notice this stuff.
