I got my correct prescription and they returned to purchase the right lenses. The manager at Eyemart helped me. She replaced they lenses without charging me again, even though it was not their mistake. I can't believe how much she helped without asking for anything in return. WONDERFUL customer service. I'll be back next time I need new glasses or lenses.

I told him what I was looking for and even though he was busy, he brought me a pair of glasses to try on. Then opened a drawer for me to try on others as well. But, it was the original pair of glasses, that he gave me initially, that I chose as the winner. He knows his business. So, I used my eye glass insurance benefits of 2025, and, picked them up within two hours! To top it off, I had chosen a runner up pair, that I will go back and purchase with my new eye glass benefits that will be loaded up in the coming new year of 2026! Thank you Eyemart Express! SUSIE~

She wouldn’t even perform the exam until I agree with her “process.” I asked if my insurance covered her steps and she got super frustrated asking me how I even got an appointment!
